JOB PURPOSE

  • Supervision of food storage, preparation and galley hygiene conditions
  • Responsible for creative menus and the timely delivery of fine food onboard
  • All levels considered from trainee to experienced professionals

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Relevant cooking experience in hotel, restaurant or cruise line
  • Cooking skills, knowledge and ability depending on positions
  • Team player with good spoken English language skills
  • A strong work attitude and a desire to travel
